GEM&M’S’ Pledge: 1-in-10 GEM&M’S newly built Green Smart Homes will be donated to the newly created Non-profit Organization: HQH which will donate GEM&M’S homes back into the underserved communities (Will be Televised). GEM&M’S will also teach the promise of giving back 10% of its newly created wealth to its resellers/investors in Option 4 of the Reinvestment Opportunity.

HQH will be formed as a non-profit organization that will provide ex-offenders of the law as well as displaced Military Veterans with a newly built GEM&M’S Green Smart Home. HQH will also provide social, entrepreneurial, financial, and employment services to help with reentry into society. HQH will also provide employment and training in the green industry which will consist of all facets of green energy to build and restore the homes that we supply to our clients at GEM&M’S.
