Best Long-Term Investment Choices with High Returns

GEM&M’S for achieving sales quotas will provide the resellers and dealerships with four options to earn a substantial return on investment (at least 30%).

Option 1: Cash Investor Opportunity (Earn $6,000 in 90 days up to $12,000 in one year); an investor shall submit funds to assist with land acquisition and construction costs. Investors must invest in portions, e.g., $20,000, each of which will be secured by a quarter acre for land subdivision. Once the reseller/dealership has acquired a construction loan from the finance company, the investor shall earn $6,000 in profit in 90 days — up to 1 year.

Option 2: NMD Option; this requires a minimum credit score of 670 to buy at least three smart green homes amounting to $104.95 per square foot from GEM&M and sell it forward to a LOHAS buyer for $130/sq ft. However, resellers and dealers can determine their actual earnings in roughly 1-2 years.

Important Note: Typically, the first Green Smart home acquired will be used by the buyer as their primary residence, whereas the second and third homes are reserved for commercial use.

Option 3: NMD, GEM&M’S will reward the reseller/dealership with $1,000 if they refer Option 2 to a third party. Even more interesting is that the Referee will be paid $2,000 after each Green Smart Home is resold. This opportunity will drive GEM&M’s growth by connecting the company with its ideal clientele (low-income purchasers and communities), whom it can then inform, inspire, and equip to become conscientious LOHAS customers (green-centric target market). To ensure this, GEM&M’S will provide the Referees with (free of charge) reputable credit repair services so that they can buy a Green Smart Home for their personal use and choice. Hence by promoting Option 2, the GEM&M’S investing partner can earn great cash.
