As CEO, Mr. Gig Houston will establish the strategic direction for GEM&M’S while assuring the day-to-day operations are appropriately executed. Mr. Gig Houston will lead the organization in achieving its goals by developing and implementing strategic Sales/Marketing and operational plans and integrating the work of all team members into a coherent, consistent, and effective operating program. Mr. Gig Houston spent four years in the US ARMY and is a Service-Connected Disabled Veteran. Mr. Gig Houston started his career as a Telecommunications Terminal Device Technician (29J) and served during the Desert Storm conflict in Iraq. Mr. Gig Houston received his Bachelor of Science in Marketing and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Franklin University. Before the founding of GEM&M’S, Gig started a real estate investment company (DHCC) and developed a strategic growth plan that would accelerate his company’s growth by 200%. Mr. Gig Houston’s growth plan created an opportunity for those who were socially and economically disadvantaged and showed them how to create wealth for their families with a ‘No Money Down’ (NMD) investment opportunity. For the past 10-plus years, Mr. Gig Houston has worked in the Green Energy Service/Installations and Energy Management industries. Mr. Gig Houston has held other leadership positions such as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) for ActiveBAS which is an AI/ML Energy Management SaaS Startup. Due to Gig’s GTM Strategy, ActiveBAS was able to exit successfully by selling the company to a Private Equity (PE) Investment Firm.
