As CDO, Ms. Genine Compton will establish and oversee the direction for GEM&M’S’ Land Development construction process while assuring all Homebuilding, Land Acquisition, and business activities are established while growing our team of Real Estate and Construction professionals. Ms. Compton is a Licensed Realtor and received her Bachelor’s in Business Administration in Marketing from Western Kentucky University. Ms. Compton has spent the last 20-plus years leading multiple companies in the construction (Land development), rehabilitation, and property management industry including overseeing the process from initial consultation through completion of construction with clients for their residential renovation projects, working closely with the design team and field personnel throughout.
