As COO, Mr. Darron Houston will establish and oversee the operating direction for GEM&M’S while assuring the day-to-day operations are appropriately executed with special attention to project management. Mr. Darron Houston will be directly responsible for the day-to-day oversight of the development of GEM&M’S. Mr. Darron Houston spent the last 15 years leading multiple companies in the construction, maintenance, and property management industry including overseeing all construction projects for DHCC. Mr. Darron Houston received his Bachelor’s in Business Administration and a Master of Science (MS) in Project Management from DeVry University. Mr. Darron Houston will work with general contractors, the design team, local building officials, other consultants, and testing agencies. Mr. Darron Houston will oversee coordinating build times, quality control, and site safety. He will also be reviewing work in process to ensure compliance with plans and specifications, building codes, and company standards.
